Founded in 1898, The Colorado Statesman has been Colorado’s capitol newspaper for 118 years. They cover everything from public policy to social events that involve Colorado’s highest elected officials. For 2016, they will be relaunching their website as part of a larger initiative to increase their digital media presence. Late last year, they approached Hidden Woods Media looking for a documentary film crew that could film testimonial’s with high-profile public figures such as Gov. John Hickenlooper, Former Mayor Wellington Webb and Attorney General Cynthia Coffman for a promo video that will coincide with the website relaunch. We’re excited to be working with a historic colorado institution that is almost as old as the state itself and we may have some exciting news to come about future collaborations with the paper.
